Firstly, you have to look for a right guide that might be your closest friend, parents, a teacher or may be your psychiatrist. There is no need to feel guilty or bad about having certain type of feelings as ups and downs are part and parcel of life. If today, you have negative perspectives about life there are 100% chances that you will have positive views in future. Feel free to talk to your near and dear ones about the problems that you suffer in your daily life.
Everything that you feel is that matters the most and the way you choose to live says a lot about your mentality. Do not let others’ negative thinking affect your life as no one have the right to affect your mental health. It’s your responsibility to give yourself more time than you give to others. Mental peace is more important than other things that exist in the world.
